92 pre-proposals submitted

In response to the call for NRP 73, the Swiss National Science Foundation has received 92 pre-proposals.

The call for NRP 73 "Sustainable Economy" has led to the submission of 92 pre-proposals requesting a total funding amount of almost CHF 54 million. The NRP has a budget of CHF 17 million to fund research projects during the five-year research phase.

Evaluation of the pre-proposals will be completed by December 2016. Subsequently, the SNSF will invite the researchers whose pre-proposals were shortlisted to submit a full research proposal.
